Vibrant Vinyasa

60 minute class Mondays 6:15pm at Healing Haven, Poole.

 A continuous flow linking a deliberate sequence of postures and core exercises with the breath; cultivating body awareness, muscle tone, flexibility and all-round strength. Students come away feeling energised, confident and motivated. Ali brings her motto; ‘Once befriending the mind, the opportunities are endless’.

Yoga Core

Do you ever practice yoga and forget to breathe when in challenging asanas? Do you see beautiful poses and think that is out of your grasp?

This 60 minute vinyasa class is designed to support build strength and stamina – mindfully. Ali, your yoga teacher, PE specialist and fitness enthusiast, has experience in gently and lovingly challenging students so they see results. Come on a progressive journey into getting stronger, more toned and confident in your beautiful body. Invite your mind and body to start working for you instead of against you.

This class is perfect for those who have practiced yoga before and do not fear the word drills or going upside down.

Yin Yoga

We will delve into each energy centre of the body whilst gently opening through the joints and connective tissue relaxing muscles which encourages lengthening and softening, tension and resistance release, leaving space and allowing energy channels to clear.

Yoga Barre

Ali is excited to offer some pop-up Beach Yoga Barre classes and sea dips throughout the summer, giving variety to her yogis in supporting their bodies. After suffering reoccurring injuries, Ali started attending Barre to strengthen around the joints. It seemed natural to qualify in Barre to ensure yogis also have access to this amazing class and it’s benefits.

Barre is a cardio workout that helps to sculpt, strengthen and tone the whole body, triggering hard to work muscles that you didn’t know you had!

Performing sequences combining a mix of dance, pilates and yoga to upbeat music to guarantee the room is filled with fun and can-do vibes.

All are welcome, no dance experience needed.

Throughout life, Ali has always been led to the ocean and the sand. Growing up in The Mediterranean and being a true Sagittarian traveler, wherever she goes, the beach is never far away. Her Yoga journey started at the local beach! Her favouirte place to flow in on the beach. Beach Yoga was born just a week after completing her training in Mallorca.

Being in nature, breathing in the fresh sea air, sand as your foundation provides softness and challenge, allowing yogis to dive deep into their practice, be that trying a headstand or lying down listening to the melody of waves.

African Flow Yoga
